What is the believe $25 promotion?
Christ In Youth’s believe $25 promotion is a fantastic deal being offered to every church that attends the believe 2010 tour. For every new registration, (adult leader or student) the cost will be only $25. This means that if you are a new church, every registration will be only $25 based on registration deadlines. All registrations not postmarked on or before the registration deadline (three weeks prior to the event) will be assessed a $10 per registrant late charge, making it $35.00. At the door registrants will be assessed a $20 per registrant late charge, making it $45.00.
How do I qualify as a new church?
A new church is a church group that has not attended a believe event in the last three years. This means that if your church attended believe between the Fall of 2006 and the Spring of 2009, you are a returning church and not considered a new church.
How do I get the believe $25 price as a returning church?
For every NEW adult or student registration above your most recent year’s attendance, the price of that registration will be $25. For example: if you registered 20 persons for last year’s believe, and then registered 25 persons this year’s believe, 20 of those registrations will be at the regular full price, and five of those registrations will be at the believe $25 promotional price. All registrations not postmarked on or before the registration deadline (three weeks prior to the event) will be assessed a $10 per registrant late charge, making it $35.00. At the door registrants will be assessed a $20 per registrant late charge, making it $45.00.
My group gets new students every year, will they be eligible for the believe $25 promotional price?
We don’t qualify registrants as new on a personal basis. CIY will be unable to confirm which students are new and which students are past attendees with your group. To qualify as a new registration, you must exceed the previous year’s past registration number.

The believe $25 promotion includes EVERYTHING that a regular registration includes.
Do I have to register by a certain time to get the believe $25 promotion?

- Register 6 weeks or more out for $49, (Super Early deadline).
- Register 3 weeks out for $59, (Early deadline).
- Register less than 3 weeks before or at the door for $69.
Believe is designed specifically for junior high students, your allowed to bring any ages that fall under the junior high ministry in your church.

The cost includes 6 main sessions packed with high energy worship, junior high intentional speaking and a few super cool surprising elements that will knock your socks off! All concerts and special featured artists such as artist Eric Timm and 321 improv comedy team are included as well! Enjoy break time in the experience stations and inflatables at no extra cost!
If you only paid the deposit when you pre-registered, you can pay the remaining balance when you arrive on site. Please bring only ONE CHECK for your group.

While deposits are not refundable, they are transferable to a new attendee within your youth group.
Should my students bring any additional spending money?
There will be a believe station on site for your students to purchase some trendy believe apparel and junior high resources. You are responsible for you own meals. The schedule allows time for your group to leave the venue, eat, and be back in time for each session. Figure on 4-6 meals depending on whether you stay 1 or 2 nights.
