  2. Download the "Mail In" Registration Form
  3. Medical Release Form - You must bring one for everyone in your group (including sponsors). Forms that are not signed by the parent/legal guardian will not be accepted!
  4. Read the Adult Background Check FAQ sheet, then download the Background Check Verification form and/or Adult Disclaimer Form as needed – any adult who hasn’t been checked prior to the event will have to submit the Disclaimer Form, these can be filled out prior to your arrival.

Registration Fees

Register 6 weeks or more out for $49, (Super Early deadline).
Register 3 weeks out for $59, (Early deadline).
Register less than 3 weeks before or at the door for $69.

You can register online with a credit card or by mail with a check, made payable to Christ In Youth. There will be a $1-per-person fee added to any online payments for registration. We do not accept registrations over the phone or by fax.

All new Churches attending believe will be registered at $25.00 per attendee. All registrations not postmarked on or before the registration deadline (three weeks prior to the event) will be assessed a $10 per registrant late charge, making it $35.00. At the door registrants will be assessed a $20 per registrant late charge, making it $45.00.

All returning churches attending believe can also receive the believe25 promotion! For every NEW adult or student registration above your most recent year's attendance, the price of those registrations will be $25. For example: if you registered 20 persons for last year's believe, and then registered 25 persons for this year's believe, 20 of those registrations will be at the regular full price, and 5 of those registrations will be at the believe25 promotional price! All registrations not postmarked on or before the registration deadline (three weeks prior to the event) will be assessed a $10 per registrant late charge, making it $35.00. At the door registrants will be assessed a $20 per registrant late charge, making it $45.00.

All registrations must be postmarked on or before the day of the registration deadline to receive that price. If your registration is postmarked by the Super Early Date, the registration fee is $49 per person. If you register by the Early Date, the registration fee is $59. Any registrations after the Early date are $69 per person. believe cannot accept multiple personal checks from parents for payments for registration deposits or final payment. Checks must come from church/organization or one personal check per payment.

Adding to an Existing Registration

Adding students or adults onto an existing registration is easy. You can either go online to register your additions, or send in another form by mail. If you choose to add online, log in as normal, and choose the link to register for jr. high believe. When it asks how many you'd like to register, ONLY REGISTER YOUR ADDITIONS, making sure that you put a zero in any fields where the quantity is zero. Your new registrations will entered in at the current price point and filed with your other registrations. If you make additions by mail, fill out another registration form with just your additions, and send the deposits for the new spots.

Deposits

A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required per person. Since deposits are not refundable, please register for the amount you intend to bring. Additions can be made before hand or on site until the event is full. Call for availability.

Cancellations

If a person cancels, the $25 deposit cannot be applied to the church's total balance. The deposit can, however, be transferred to a new registrant who takes their place.

Balances Due

If you are paying by check and you have only paid the deposit amount, your total balance is due either before or upon arrival to believe. You may pay your balance online before you arrive. If you prefer to pay on site at registration, please bring one church check for the remaining balance due. Please note that we are unable to accept credit cards at on-site registration.

Medical Release Forms

Medical Release Form - You must bring one for everyone in your group (including sponsors). Forms that are not signed by the parent/legal guardian will not be accepted! It helps if you can have the forms alphabetized by the person's last name before you arrive at the event. Everyone in your group must have this form to enter the event.

Housing

You are responsible for your own housing. You are not obligated to stay in the hotel we set up a room block with, though that helps keep our facility costs down. See the date and location page for your event for hotel information. Please call the hotel and book your rooms by the cut-off date!

Meals

You are responsible for you own meals. The schedule allows time for your group to leave the venue, eat, and be back in time for each session. Figure on 4-6 meals depending on whether you stay 1 or 2 nights.

Parking

There may be parking fees, depending on the venue. An average is $10-$15 per vehicle per day.

Extra

The believe Station will be open before and after each session. Items ranging in price from $5-$30 will be available for sale, including...ministry resources and more! Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted at The believe Station.

Filming at believe

Because we recognize the importance of capturing portions of your group’s experience at Believe, we welcome you to record the activities of your group during the weekend. In that regard, the following guidelines shall apply:

  • No lights or flashes can be used during main sessions.

  • Students and adults are asked to stay in their seating areas and should not approach the stage in a disruptive way.

  • Believe reserves the right to ask you to stop filming at any time if we feel that the filming is disrupting the experience of others or places you or others in danger.

  • Out of respect for the artists on tour, Believe reserves the right to restrict recording of specific elements of the program via request from stage, in writing, or a tap on the shoulder.

  • We encourage you to capture short segments of the program, but ask that you not attempt to record more than 1 minute of the program at a time or any of the film content that is displayed during the event.

  • All filming is subject to any restrictions placed on recording by the venue for the event. This may include a ban on all recording. Details related to specific event locations can be provided upon request.
