2008-2009 Weekend Schedule

Friday
4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Registration
Registration is usually held in the venue lobby just outside of our exhibit hall, room, etc.
6:30 p.m. doors open
Groups can use this time to save their seats, play on inflatables, take a group photo inside the room and spend time at experience stations set up around the room.
7:30 p.m. Main Session 1: God formed you.
Our program starts on time, so make sure you're in your seat and ready for believe!
8:30 p.m. Break
Purchase believe merchandise at our Station, run through the inflatables, use the experience stations, run to the bathroom, get out some energy!
8:45 p.m. Main Session 2: God set you apart.
10:00 - 10:30 Group Time
Groups can stay in the room to hold their group time, or make their way back to their hotel or lodging to debrief for the night.

Saturday
8:30 a.m. doors open
Get seats, play games, buy believe gear, use experience stations.
9:00 a.m. Main Session 3: Hanging at believe/Adult Training Session
Students will stay in the room, adults will be dismissed to a special training time with the weekend speaker. He'll share tips about jr. high ministry, answer questions and offer some words of encouragement for your weekend.
10:45 a.m. break
Wake up! Bookstore, stations and games open.
11:00 a.m. Main Session 4: Don't be afraid, God is with you.
Noon - 2:00 p.m. lunch
Groups head off site for lunch on your own. Plan on a nearby fast food restaurant, or make reservations with a place nearby.
1:00 p.m. Doors Open
Games, stations and bookstore up and running.
2:00 p.m. Main Session 5: God put His words in you.
3:30 p.m. Group Time
This is the longest planned group time of the weekend. Use this time to really dive into the weekend's theme with your group or to recognize students' important decisions.
4:15 p.m. Main Session 6: Speak God's words.
5:00 p.m. believe ends
