Ben is married to Amanda and they have a son, Mason, a daughter, Brooke and one dog, Noel. He started working with CIY and the Know Sweat team in March of 2004. Ben enjoys college basketball and the excitement of March Madness. He is a fan of the OK State Cowboys, Kansas Jayhawks and NC Tar Heels.
