Who should I bring?

Discipleship is designed for your core high school/college age students. The event is built around and for small groups. However, you are encouraged to bring any student in your high school or college age ministry. Although Discipleship is programmed for your students, there is ample time and discussion devoted to your leaders for their growth and maturity as well.

How much does Discipleship cost?

Discipleship is $35 per registrant. Registrations not postmarked on or before the early bird registration deadline (two weeks prior to the start of the event) will be assessed a $10 per registrant late charge.

What is included in the cost?

All programming, as well as the 6 week small group study each attendee will receive. Housing and all meals are left to individual groups. This allows leaders to tailor the weekend to the specific needs of their group.

Can I register the day of the event?

Yes, you can register and add students the day of the event. If you plan on doing this please call or E-mail to let us know you are coming so we can plan for your group.

When is my balance due?

If you paid only the deposit when you pre-registered, you can pay the remaining balance when you arrive on site. Please bring only one check for your group. We are able to process credit cards on site.

How can I register?

You can register by downloading, filling out, and mailing in the registration form along with your deposit, or you can register online by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.

Are deposits refundable?

While deposits are not refundable, they are transferable to a new attendee from your group. For example: If you pre-register 10 and only bring 8 then you lose two deposits. However, if you were to fill the vacant spots then the deposits could be transferred.

Should my students bring additional spending money?

Each student will receive a 6 week small group study that is included in their registration fee, however, there will be additional resources that your students can take home with them. They will be available at the Discipleship book store.
