Online Registration

You can register online with a check or credit card. There will be a $1 per-person charge for online registrations. To register now, click here.

Regular Mail Registration

Print the registration form and mail it, along with one check, to CIY Discipleship, PO Box B, Joplin, MO 64802. In order to get the early bird rate of $35, your registration form with your check must be post-marked by the early bird deadline. Be sure to check the event you plan to attend on your registration form.

The cost for CIY Discipleship is only $35.00 per person. The fee is due in advance. Should cancellations occur, the registration may be transferable to another attendee or a refund, less the $15 non-refundable deposit, will be given upon request. After the early bird registration deadline, the regular registration rate of $45.00 applies. Note: registration fee do not include meals or housing.

After receiving your registration, CIY will send you a confirmation e-mail notice. For directions and motel listings, go to the Dates page of this site and follow the link to the location you will be attending.

Upon arrival at the Discipleship Conference you may check in between 5:30 pm and 6:45 pm on the day of the program. Send one person from your group to check in. We ask that the person registering bring one church check to cover the outstanding registration balance (if any). We also ask for two copies of the CIY Medical Release Forms. The first session will begin at 7:00 pm Friday and the retreat will conclude by 4:00 pm on Saturday.

Overnight Lodging each group is responsible for making their own reservations at a hotel. CIY is not responsible for making lodging arrangements. Adults are encouraged to stay with the young people who are in their small group in the same hotel room or home. If weather conditions are questionable the weekend of the retreat call the CIY office, 417.781.2273. Do not call the host church. CIY's policy on cancellations due to weather is to either transfer your church's registrations to another Discipleship event location or refund half the registration money.
