Description

During your stay, you’ll have the opportunity to bring much needed spiritual and emotional encouragement to the Rapha House staff and girls through devotions, VBS, English classes, vocational training, and testimonies. Also while in Cambodia you will spend time in the capital city of Phnom Penh working with Friends of Jesus Kids Club. Throughout your time there, you will teach VBS and play games with the impoverished children in the neighborhood. Come lavish these children with God’s love.

The Missionaries

Sadly, each and every day, little girls are bought and sold like common possessions and then trafficked into the thriving sex trade that exists in Cambodia. CIY will partner alongside Rapha House to bring much-needed hope and healing to girls who have been rescued from the evil darkness of forced-prostitution and slavery. You will also have the opportunity to meet Theara. She is the director of Friends of Jesus Kids Club in Phnom Penh. Theara and her family make sure the less fortunate children in their neighborhood have the chance to play games in a safe environment where they offer English classes, learn traditional Khmer dances, and are taught about the love Jesus has for them.
