We believe that everyone has a life story and that his or her story is unique. We also believe in strength in numbers. To know that we are not alone in our struggles and to know that someone else has been through what we are dealing with can be the greatest gift and relief.

heartsupport’s aim is to help you understand your journey. heartsupport deals with depression, suicidal thoughts, addiction, self-injury, and eating disorders. Please take the time to learn more about these issues and take part in supporting the heart by uploading your video or story.
