Register for SuperStart!

Here are the five easy steps you should take to register for SuperStart!

1. Download the 7 Week Out Planner.
2. Download and fill out a Medical Release Form for every adult and student in your group.
3. Download and read the Background Check and Adult Disclaimer FAQ’S.
4. Download the Background Check Verification form for your group or an Adult Disclaimer form for each adult leader.
5. Register online by clicking below or download and mail in the offline registration form.
