Who should attend SuperStart!?

SuperStart! is designed for students in the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades. However, you are encouraged to bring any student who is a part of your upper elementary ministry.

How much does SuperStart! cost?

SuperStart! is $40 per student and $25 for each adult sponsor. All registrations not received on or before the Early registration deadline (three weeks prior to the event date) will increase an additional $5 per student. There is no additional charge for adult sponsors.

Can I bring more students/adults the day of the event?

Walk-up registrations/additions are accepted if there is space available at the event. The cost for walk-ups registrations/additions is $10 more than the Early Registration Price.

What is included in the cost?

The cost includes all event sessions and event materials. Housing, lunch on Saturday afternoon, and plug’N’play are left to individual groups. This allows group leaders to customize the weekend to the specific needs of their groups. For housing options, go to Tour Info and click on the city in which you will be attending SuperStart!.

How can I register?

Click the Registration tab at the top of the page to either download the registration form or registor online. To reserve your group’s spots, you must send in a $20 deposit for each registration.

Are deposits refundable?

While deposits are not refundable, they are transferable to a new attendee from your group.

When is my balance due?

If you have only paid the deposit when you registered, you can pay the remaining balance when you arrive on site. Please bring only ONE CHECK for your group. Credit Cards are not accepted on site.

What is plug’N’play?

At SuperStart!, it’s important that your students connect with one another and with your adult leaders. For three hours on Saturday, you’ll have a chance to do that by taking your students to a recreation site of your choice. Plug’N’play is not included in the individual pricing for SuperStart! and should be planned by the group leader prior to arrival. Lunch should also be planned and included in your plug’N’play time. For plug’N’play ideas at each site, go to Tour Info and click on the city in which you will be attending SuperStart!.

Should my students bring any additional spending money?

There will be a SuperStart! store on site for your students to purchase some fun SuperStart! apparel and accessories. Also, money may be needed for plug’N’play activities depending on your plan.

How do I add additional students/leaders to my church’s registration?

1. If you mailed in your registration, simply download a new form and send in a form with just the additional registrants. Include a $20 deposit per addition.
2. If you registered online, simply log on, and register the additions as you did your initial group.
