Register for SuperStart! in 5 Easy Steps

1. Register online

2. Download the registration form.

3. Download Medical Release Form you’ll need one (and a copy of it) completed for everyone in your group.

4. Read the Adult Background Check FAQ sheet , then download the Background Check Verification form and/or Adult Disclaimer Form as needed – any adult who hasn’t been checked prior to the event will have to submit the Disclaimer Form, these can be filled out prior to your arrival.

5. Look for more information from the SuperStart! staff about what to expect and how to get ready for SuperStart!
