Registration is open only for mail in registrations. The event is on a first come first served basis for the first 60 who register, after that a waiting list is created. The cost of Wilderness is $465 before May 31st, $485 after June 1st, $525 after August 8th.
If you sign up at MOVE you may pay with check, cash, or credit card. Due to the limited size of this event payment in full is necessary. The cost will be $485 at our MOVE events.
Otherwise either an electronic check or paper check is the only form of payment accepted for this event.
If you are planning on driving to Bear Trap Ranch, please be aim to arrive between noon and 5PM on September 29th.
If you are flying into Colorado Springs and would like to catch the CIY shuttle up the mountain please send your flight information to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). This is at no additional cost to you. We will transport you to and from the airport on your arrival and departure dates.
Please plan on arriving somewhere between the hours of noon and 5PM. There will be no shuttle runs before noon. Please plan on leaving Monday, October 3rd no earlier than 1PM.
