This retreat is about deepening the soul of youth ministry by helping youth ministers firmly grasp their life purpose in their minds and hearts. It takes place in the awesome mountains of western Colorado in the fall, providing the opportunity to focus on the spiritual disciplines of slowing, meditation, prayer, journaling, solitude and simplicity. It's also about adventure, as it includes hiking, fly fishing, and a team-building ropes course.
