CIY’s Trustee Becky Arthur has a big hope for students attending CIY events around the world —

By CIY Staff

Becky Arthur has served the CIY Board of Trustees for nearly 10 years, and has seen the organization’s powerful ministry since she was a student at Ozark Christian College.

“I believe the ministry of CIY to students and families is invaluable and not matched by any other ministry at this time in history,” Arthur said. “It has been a wonderful thing to watch student after student be impacted for Christ in such a positive and lasting way.”
Arthur has been the women’s discipleship and children’s minister for the past 20 years at Harvester Christian Church in St. Charles, Missouri. She has co-authored “Family + Church,” and is known as a noted speaker, educator and counselor. She said many specific Bible verses have helped her through the seasons of her life, but currently a passage in Psalms is with her heart.
“I wait quietly before God, for my victory comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress where I will never be shaken.” – Psalms 62:1-2 NLT.
One of her favorite gospel songs is “10,000 Reasons,” by Matt Redman; which states a hope she has for students attending CIY events.
“I hope they walk away knowing that Jesus loves them personally, that He is the creator of everything and that they can rest in this fact all of their lives,” Arthur said.

CIY’s board of trustees is made up of 13 members, all of whom volunteer their time and resources to further the mission of CIY, as well as serve as spiritual leaders in their own communities.
