Christ In Youth has challenged multiple generations to live for Christ as Kingdom workers for more than 45 years. This is a unique time, however, and today's generation of young people are pivotal for carrying the church into the future.
A new generation of students – coined the “Homeland Generation” or “iGeneration” – are more connected to one another than any other generation before them because of the prevalence of technology at their fingertips. Ironically, this has made them more disconnected interpersonally, especially with anyone outside of their generation. The result is a divide within the church between current leaders and future leaders that is widening each day. If we cannot find a way to proclaim the power of Christ to this generation, who will lead the church when there's no one to fill the pulpit? Who will reach the lost if the pews are empty?
At President's Weekend you'll discover how Christ In Youth is answering God's call to meet this coming crisis head on. You'll also learn how, with your help, we can prepare to reach an entire generation with Christ's call to be Kingdom Workers.
